Hallo my lovely readers. Just came back from a two hour yoga session...So nice for mind and body....its also really good for singers cause it teaches you to control you breathing witch it a big part of singing. Also its just a really peaceful way of exercising...I used to think it was a waist of time as before I wanted to completely kill myself almost walk out of the gym crying(to get the most out of my time) but now I'm more into being kind to my body and listen to it if I wake up and really don't want to push myself with hard training I don't. Now I'm going out to enjoy the lovely weather...i will leave you with some sexy lady's....
